The Multi Disciplinary Divisional Training institute (MDDTI) was inagurated by DRM/TPJ on February 04, 2019 for imparting training for Group C and D employees of Southern Railway, Tiruchchirappalli Division as per RB Letter No.DO/E/MPP/ 2016/3//20 dt 07.08.2018. It is functioning under the administrative control of Divisional Personnel Officer. The training institute is located at Old SRWWO Matriculation School premises, Kallukuzhi, Tiruchchirappalli (Opp. To Health Unit / TPJ). The Supervisors of all departments handled the sessions of their respective subjects and nearly 125 trainees from all departments were attended the training program. The institute offers special courses like Safety awareness programme, Supervisory development programme, LHB training for C&W Supervisors, Special course on LWR for Gang mate and key man etc.
