The Staff Facilitation Centre was inaugurated by Shri.R.K.Kulshrestha, General Manager, Southern Railway Headquarters office on 14.12.2017. Based on the guidelines of HQ, the SFC has opened at Tiruchchirappalli Division at DRM’s office complex. It is manned by a Chief Staff & Welfare Inspector. Employees of TPJ Division can register their grievances pertaining to HR matters. The staff on duty at the facilitation center will provide necessary assistance and information to employee to register their grievance. After registration of grievance a unique number will be generated and will be sent to respective employee mobile no. through SMS. By using this number employee can view their grievances registered, Action Taken, Present status & Disposal at pbtpj.in website. The Staff Facilitation Center is functioning from 10.00 hrs to 17.00 hrs on all working days of Divisional office.
